Position Title: Project Geologist
Position Location: Newburyport, Massachusetts

Description: College graduates. . .we are looking for entry level candidates.

Responsibilities: Candidates will conduct environmental site assessments, perform historical and regulatory research, and a variety of environmental sampling including groundwater sampling, surface water sampling, soil gas sampling, and surveying groundwater elevations. Candidates will also supervise soil boring and monitoring well installations, removal of underground storage tanks and contaminated soils, as well as installation and operation of remedial systems.

Skills: Effective written and oral communications.

Education: BS/MS degree in geology, hydrogeology, environmental science, or related earth sciences field.

Position Location: Newburyport, Massachusetts

Description: Looking for candidates with 7+ years of experience. Proven experience in conducting Phase I and Phase II environmental site investigations (various field exploration methods and analytical testing methods), remedial system installation and operation, and regulatory compliance. Strong written and verbal communication skills are required.

Responsibilities: Schedule and coordinate project staff and contractors for multiple on-going projects, provide technical support during field investigations, prepare and review written reports and proposals, prepare and track project budgets, and maintain regular client contact.

Skills: Effective written and oral communication skills, strong technical knowledge, familiarity with federal and Massachusetts environmental regulations, strong organizational skills.

Education: BS/MS degree in geology, hydrogeology or related earth sciences field.

Position Title: Engineer/Geologist
Position Location: Newburyport, Massachusetts

Description: Looking for candidates with 3-5 years of experience. Strong technical experience in performing various forms of environmental field investigations, including overburden and bedrock monitoring/recovery well installation, aquifer testing, groundwater modeling, sampling, and chemical analysis method selection. Experience in the design, installation, and operation of remedial systems; and environmental permitting preferred. Strong written and verbal communication skills are required.

Responsibilities: Design and perform field investigations for multiple on-going projects, schedule, coordinate, and supervise contractors, prepare written reports and proposals, and prepare and track project budgets.

Skills: Effective written and oral communication skills, strong technical knowledge, familiarity with federal and Massachusetts environmental regulations, strong organizational skills.

Position Location: Portland, Maine

Description: We are seeking an entry level Industrial Hygiene Technician with 0-2 years of experience.

Responsibilities: The position involves a full range of industrial hygiene and health and safety related tasks including traditional IH sampling, indoor air quality and mold investigations, health and safety training, noise surveys, job hazard analysis, personal protective equipment assessments, health and safety compliance auditing, data manipulation, report writing, and client interaction.

Skills: Must be proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel, well organized, able to work independently and as a team, and have good writing/note taking skills.

Education: BS degree in industrial hygiene, public health, environmental health, or other closely related fields.
