The acquisition expands Ransom to six offices across the New England and Atlantic Region.

(For Immediate Release) October 21, 2021: Ransom Consulting, LLC, a multi-disciplinary engineering and environmental company with offices in Maine, New Hampshire, Massachusetts, Rhode Island and New Jersey, has opened its second office in New Jersey and expanded its services.

Ransom has completed the acquisition of Civalier Engineering & Surveying, Inc. of Wenonah, New Jersey. Civalier Engineering operated for more than 30 years, supporting clients throughout New Jersey, Pennsylvania and Delaware. Ransom has hired Scott D. Brown as the Office Manager for the new Ransom office in Wenonah. Brown also serves as Vice President of Ransom.

We expect this to broaden our market to diversify our skill set to the already responsive and value-added solutions we provide to our clients.”

With the acquisition of Civalier, Ransom now has 75 employees at its six offices in Wenonah and Hamilton New Jersey, Providence Rhode Island, North Andover Massachusetts, Portsmouth New Hampshire and Portland Maine.
