Matthew Ferrari has been promoted to Project Scientist III, focusing on hydrogeologic and groundwater data projects.
Jeffrey Kovach, LSRP has been promoted to Program Manager – Site Characterization and manages one of the largest and more diverse Ransom caseloads in New Jersey.
William Schmidt, P.E. has been Promoted to Program Manager, Due Diligence – Mid-Atlantic Region, focusing on ASTM Phase Is and NJ Preliminary Assessments.
Portland, Maine Office:
Patrick Brown has been promoted to Associate Project Manager. He supports several Ransom offices and multiple disciplines including environmental, geotechnical, Brownfields, and water supply.
Jaime Madore, P.E. has been promoted to Senior Project Manager, specializing in due diligence, environmental engineering, wastewater engineering, and industrial hygiene.

Maureen McGlone, P.E. has been promoted to Program Manager – Civil and Coastal Engineering, focusing on redevelopment projects which include site layout and grading, stormwater management, erosion and sedimentation control, utility relocation and design, and state/local permitting.
Brian Pettingill, P.G. has been promoted to Vice President/Technical Leader – Real Estate, leading oversight on environmental regulations in all the New England states as well as New York, New Jersey and Pennsylvania.
David Vitali, P.E. has been promoted to Civil Engineer III, focusing on stormwater calculations, water and sewer layout, large stormwater filter systems, ADA compliant sidewalks, and construction inspections.
