Why is Ransom a great place to work?
Career Growth and Development
We offer a unique opportunity for our consultants to work as part of small, high performing teams in offices with a geographic footprint that allows us to do work in New England and the Mid-Atlantic. With about 70 employees in five states, we are big enough to have resources and expertise for interesting and challenging project work, but we’re small enough that we get to know each other and have a ‘family’ feeling in each office. Also, each employee is part of small, dynamic team of consultants who get the opportunity to work on the full project life cycle vs. being slotted doing production work in a specific area. This means that our consultants are learning, growing, and having direct contact with our clients early in their career.
We work hard for our clients and co-workers, but we’re not demanding a 70-hour workweek. We understand that being able to attend to commitments for family, civic involvement, and personal matters require flexibility in work schedules, and so we treat our team like professionals in managing their schedules.
We know that for our employees to focus on doing the best work for our clients, they need the confidence that their benefits will provide them with the resources they need for themselves and their families.
A Focus on Your Health and Wellness
We know that healthy employees are better able to bring their best to their work and our clients everyday. Wellness is a big part of our company culture and we provide several financial incentives to support wellness in whatever way that is most meaningful to each employee.
